Pro Mechanical Services in Lancaster, OH is seeking an Assembly Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have MIG welding experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications.

We offer a 2nd shift with $22–$24 per hour based on experience, plus an additional 15% shift differential for eligible shifts. Health, dental, and vision insurance are available after 90 days.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform MIG welding as required and ensure proper fit-up.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble parts safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure quality workmanship.
