Job summary

Pro Mechanical Services is seeking a dependable Welder/Assembler for our Lancaster County manufacturing team. You will fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components per drawings and production specs, with emphasis on mig welding and mechanical assembly.

The role is 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday 10-hour days, with overtime available and opportunities for pay raises in the first year.

Qualifications

• Previous welding and mechanical assembly experience required.
• Proficiency in mig welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools, including tape measures, calipers, and squares.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components according to drawings and production specifications.
• Utilize mig welding and fabrication tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Interpret blueprints and ensure parts meet tolerances and quality standards.

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Welder/Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components according to drawings and production specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with mig welding, mechanical assembly, and using fabrication tools in a manufacturing environment.

• 2nd Shift
• Pay $23 - $27.60 an hour based on experience
• 2 Pay Raises in 1st year
• Monday thru Thursday 10-Hour Shifts
• Overtime Available!
