Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable Welder/Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components according to drawings and production specifications.

The ideal candidate has experience with mig welding, mechanical assembly, and using fabrication tools in a manufacturing environment. The 2nd shift offers a pay range of $23–$27.60 per hour, with 2 pay raises in the first year.

Qualifications

• Experience with mig welding in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with mechanical assembly and fabrication tools.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, weld and assemble metal components per drawings and production specifications.
• Operate fabrication tools and measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain quality standards and safety procedures in production.

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Welder/Assembler to join our manufacturing team. • 2nd Shift
• Pay $23 - $27.60 an hour based on experience
• 2 Pay Raises in 1st year
• Monday thru Thursday 10-Hour Shifts
• Overtime Available!

Requirements

• Previous welding and mechanical assembly experience required
• Proficiency in mig welding
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring tools, including tape measures, calipers, and squares
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
