FLSmidth Cement is seeking experienced Assembly Welders to enhance their skills and development. This role involves welding work to repair and maintain equipment, structures, and fixtures by applying heat to bond or fuse metal surfaces or parts.

Your Responsibilities

• Possess a Coded Welder Accredited certificate or equivalent
• Support fabrication or construction teams in planning and executing welding in plant or workshop settings
• Perform routine and non-routine welding and cutting using various techniques to work on structures, pipes, and boilers
• Develop, supervise, and test welding techniques, procedures, and equipment applications
• Promote safety culture within the team and operational activities

Qualifications

• Excellent coordination and mechanical skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in mathematics
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks

Education and Experience
