Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Assembly worker in Saint Paul, MN for the weekend shift. Pay is $20 per hour with Fri-Sun 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (36 hours paid as 40) and a 2nd shift option Mon–Thu 3:30 PM.

You will assemble brackets and press clinch nuts on a Haeger machine, perform part-marking, labeling, date coding, and boxing of metal components, and maintain strict ISO9001:2015 quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal manufacturing and ability to read blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication.
• Able to lift up to 40–50 lbs and work with Haeger machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assembling brackets and pressing clinch nuts with a Haeger machine.
• Part-marking, labeling, date coding, and boxing metal components.
• Maintain ISO9001:2015 quality standards and company policies.
• Attend to overtime when required and work with a team.

Pay: $20

Schedule: Weekend shiftFriday - Sunday 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM work 36 get paid for 40 2nd shift Monday thru Thursday 3:30pm

Responsibilities include:

• Assembling of brackets and pressing clinch nuts using a Haeger machine.
• Part-marking, labeling, date coding, and boxing of metal components.
• Good attendance and punctuality and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ensuring that all work is done in accordance with and adheres to Company ISO9001:2015 and Quality standards
• Understand and promotes company's mission, values and quality policy.

Skills & Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Mechanical aptitude and demonstration of problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communicator.
• Good hand dexterity and utilization of hand tools.
• 1+ plus years of experience in a metal manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with a team lift.
