Job summary

Woodward Inc. in Zeeland, MI is seeking an Assembly and Test Associate I for 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM). You will assemble and test products per documented procedures, perform inspections, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in line with 5S and lean practices.

A High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of mechanical aptitude are typical; strong teamwork, attention to detail, and good communication are valued. Starting hourly pay is $20.50 with comprehensive benefits after date of hire.
