Entry-level position responsible for performing basic assembly or test operations on hydraulic components and sub-assemblies under close supervision, while learning company standards for production, quality, and safety. Proficient in one discipline (assembly or test) and actively cross‑training on the other side as part of a structured development path toward becoming fully cross‑trained.
