Qualifications

• Read blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specs, BOMs and other instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring gear, and light equipment to perform assembly tasks.
• Maintain inventory at assigned workstations for ongoing operations.
• Perform quality checks, identify defects, and record findings for corrective action.
• Rework/repair assembled equipment per engineering changes to meet quality standards.
• Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards; maintain a clean work area.

As a Assembly/Test III you will be at the forefront of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and fabrication operations. You will take on a comprehensive range of tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency in both standard and non-standard environments. Your expertise will drive the continuous flow of work, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety and performance standards.

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment efficiently to perform assembly tasks.
• Maintain inventory of product in assigned workstations, ensuring materials are readily available for ongoing operations.
• Perform quality work checks, identify product defects, and accurately record identified defects for corrective action.
• Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products based on engineering specification changes to meet quality standards.
• Adhere to all quality standards and established safety procedures, ensuring compliance and a high standard of work.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, promoting efficiency and safety.
• Lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation, ensuring safe material handling.

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, diagrams, bills of materials, and/or written assembly instructions.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
