Job summary

Alta Equipment Group seeks a full-time Assembly Technician for our Williamsburg, MI branch. You will assemble or repair products from components to specification, following blueprints and manuals.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, checking inventory, using tools, and performing quality checks. The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and reliable attendance, with Saturday shifts on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Reading the blueprints/manuals required for piecing together the product/equipment.
• Checking inventory to ensure you have the right materials on hand.
• Use tools and other machinery to assemble the product.
• Performing quality assurance on the product for accuracy.
• Inspection during and after completion of build.
• Incorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time.
• Must be willing to work Saturdays on a rotational basis.
