Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. in Hayward, CA is seeking an Assembler to rapidly build high-quality, detailed assemblies.

The shift is Mon-Fri 5:00am-1:30pm, with overtime including two Saturdays per month; this is initially a temporary position through a staffing agency with potential conversion to full-time based on performance. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Electrical assembly and reading schematics is a plus.
• Experience in clean rooms is a plus.
• Soldering skills are a plus.
• Fluent in English with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts, kit parts, and assemble a complex mechanism using hand tools.
• Record data, perform final test of the assembly, and oversee cleaning and packaging.

The hours for this role are Mon-Fri 5:00am-1:30pm. Overtime is required at least 2 Saturdays a month.Please Note: This role is initially offered as a temporary position through a staffing agency. Successful candidates who demonstrate strong performance and are a good fit for the team may have the opportunity to convert to a full-time, direct employee after completing the contract period, subject to business needs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Includes, but is not limited to, the following.
