Pentagon Technologies, Inc. in Austin, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented Cleanroom Operator to ensure parts are cleaned, dried, inspected, and packaged to customer specifications in a semiconductor environment.

Expect first or second shift with a structured safety culture and opportunities to advance as you maintain cleanliness standards and document measurements with precision.

• Previous experience in parts cleaning is a plus.
• 1 year experience in manufacturing desired.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety and quality protocols to meet customer specs.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and proper cleanliness.
• Load/unload ovens and dry parts to remove residual moisture.
• Use particle counting equipment and inspection tools for data.
• Package, label, and seal parts in clean room packaging.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow housekeeping practices.

Our industry is in the midst of unprecedented growth and Pentagon is seeking outstanding candidates to join our team!Position Summary:Cleanroom Operators will perform tasks to ensure parts cleaned and refurbished meet internal and customer specifications and will perform properly when used in a semiconductor environment. The Cleanroom Operator will follow process and use various tools and equipment to ensure parts are dried properly, meet customer cleanliness requirements, pass visual inspection, and are packaged and labeled properly.**We have positions available on First Shift (M-F 6am-2:30pm) and Second Shift (M-F 2pm-10:30pm)Essential Duties:Includes but is not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned:Follow all safety protocols and assist in promoting a safe cultureFollow all quality protocols to meet customer specificationsRead and comprehend internal documents such as work order travelers, inventory records, and logsVisually inspect parts for cosmetic defects per customer or internal criteriaUse handheld CDA nozzles to thoroughly dry partsLoad and unload ovens to remove residual moisture from partsUse particle counting equipment to verify part cleanlinessUse inspection equipment to take and record data for various part measurementsPerform assembly of parts if requiredVisually inspect parts for compliance to Customer and Internal specificationsUse specific chemicals to rework parts, if possible, to pass visual inspectionPackage, label, and seal parts according to specification in clean room packaging to maintain cleanlinessMultitask to process multiple parts simultaneously while adhering to process standardsMaintain clean and orderly work environment including tasks on the daily housekeeping checklistYour Experiences, Skills, and Abilities:Previous experience in parts cleaning is a plusAttention to detail1 year experience in manufacturing desiredAbility to work in a fast-paced work environment requiring quick turnaround.Safety:Employee will be trained in, and is to follow and lead by example, all general safety requirements of Pentagon Technologies as well as specific safety regulatory requirements.Work Environment:Must be able to function well in an office environment. Must also be able to work in a controlled chemical and wastewater environment. Must be able to perform in a laboratory environment. Persons who are sensitive to chemical environments with such medical conditions as asthma, allergies, or extreme sensitivity to chemicals may not be considered as good candidates for this position. Must have the ability to travel to the various Pentagon Technologies Facilities within the continental US as required. Must be able to travel to Vendor and Customer facilities within the continental US as required.Physical Demands:Must pass Company required screening tests. The employee is regularly required to sit and stand, reach with hands and arms and perform light routine office work, which includes computer workstation usage.
