Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize to meet customer expectations.
• Detail oriented to provide quality results.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fundamental components per work instructions using hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Assemble entry-level products to meet quality, quantity, efficiency, and customer specs.
• Communicate with relevant parties about expedited orders, quality issues, and inventory records.
• Participate in implementing process improvements.
• Participate in maintaining and suggesting safety practices and procedures.
• Keep the work area orderly.
• Maintain system accuracy and record transactions in the ERP system.
• Work as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
