Conner Industries, Inc. is hiring a Packaging Assembler in Florida to prepare and assemble packaging from corrugate, foam, wood and other materials. You will work with a team to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reading job orders, basic math, and ability to use air tools and measuring devices. We offer competitive hourly pay, 8 paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k) and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read and interpret job orders.
• Able to use standard and/or metric tape measure.
• Able to listen and communicate effectively with co-workers, customers and management.
• Able to apply basic math to verify job orders.
• Able to interpret various tasks and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble packaging using multiple material sources (corrugate, foam, wood, glass, repack).
• Check components for quality.
• Read and interpret job orders.
• Maintain safe, productive work environment and attend to attendance expectations.
• Work in a team to meet daily production targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
