You will read prints, perform fit-up, bend tubing, run functional tests, and coordinate with Inspection and Engineering to ensure accuracy and quality. This hands-on role requires 2–4 years of precision assembly experience and strong problem-solving skills.

As an Assembly Technician - Workholding, you will complete the final build and verification of Arrow Workholding fixtures so each unit ships ready to perform. This position exists to ensure fit, function, and documentation accuracy at the last stage of production.
Your day is hands-on and organized: you review the traveler and prints, confirm the fixture is cleared to proceed, and set up your workspace. You rotate between bench assembly and light manual machining to dial in alignment and smooth operation, then document any drawing discrepancies with clear redlines for Engineering. As builds progress, you move into verification—running cycle checks, confirming clamp action, and completing leak checks when applicable—before preparing the finished fixture for shipment. Throughout the shift, you coordinate with Inspection and your supervisor to keep work moving efficiently and accurately.
