AGC Heat Transfer, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Associate II in Pleasant Prairie, WI, to support the service and maintenance of heat exchanger plates in the service center.

The role emphasizes quality, safety and teamwork while handling materials, inspecting and assembling parts, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving operations. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of production or warehouse experience, are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and willing to take on diverse tasks.

Formación

• 2+ years in production or warehouse/material handling preferred.
• Overhead cranes, forklift, power pallet jack and hoists experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical/trade school preferred.
• Teamwork with strong communication; dependable and able to think independently.
• Detail oriented with counting/recording, reading drawings, following procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Material handling using cranes, hoists, forklift, pallet jack, and electric pallet jack.
• Operate power washer to clean plates and equipment.
• Use chemical dip tanks to clean plates.
• Perform visual quality inspections of customer plates.
• Apply rubber gaskets to customer plates.
• Record parts and equipment counts accurately.
• Prepare plate packs and orders for shipping.
• Perform shipping/receiving duties via carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL).
• Participate in cycle counts, verifications, and restocking.
