Job summary

Plexus Corp is seeking a hands-on production worker to support assembly, high-level assembly and rework on first shift. This role is based in Idaho and offers a daytime schedule (Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm) with competitive compensation.

You will help ensure quality and safety standards while contributing to a culture that values continuous improvement. The position requires at least a high school diploma and 3+ years of related manufacturing experience, with 5+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with machine maintenance strongly desired.
• Complete all levels of available SFT associated with related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adapts to changes in work plans with a level temperament in stressful situations.
• Participates in improvement initiatives to boost productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Works cooperatively within a team and cross-functional teams, sharing information and experiences.
