Plexus Corp. is seeking a production associate to support assembly, high-level assembly and rework in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Neenah, Wisconsin.

A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience are required; machine maintenance experience is desirable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer specifications and maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience required; one year or more preferred.
• Previous machine maintenance experience is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Supports production by performing tasks and adhering to safety and quality standards for assembly, high-level assembly and rework to meet customer requirements.
• Monitors own work to ensure quality and minimize scrap or rework while meeting throughput goals.
• Works cooperatively in team and cross-functional settings, sharing information and learning to improve efficiency.
• Maintains certifications and training, adapts to changes in work plan and priorities.
