Job summary

Trane Technologies in Colorado is seeking a Production Associate to participate in assembly and test processes; you may rotate stations and may need to obtain certifications for operation of Mules, Tuggers, forklifts, and overhead cranes as required by staffing and safety guidelines.

This on-site hourly role involves following 5S practices, meeting takt time, and contributing to inbound/outbound material handling while supporting a safe, efficient production flow.

Qualifications

• Must possess basic math skills, understanding of decimals and fractions for measurement.
• Ability to read and write English for assembly directions, Work Order packets and safety instructions.
• Completion of basic Forklift Training and Safety Orientation.
• Forklift, yard dog, and rigging.
• 3 – 6 months of material handling experience.
