Job summary

Warn Automotive, part of Dover Company, seeks a hands-on assembler for a fast-paced line in Milwaukie, OR. You will perform routine assembly tasks, operate hand and power tools, and ensure quality while meeting production goals.

You will follow safety rules, read instructions, and collaborate with teammates to maintain efficient operations on the line. No experience required; mechanical aptitude preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have good mechanical aptitude.
• Good manual dexterity for small parts.
• Ability to load parts in designated order for assembly line.
• Read and follow safety rules, instructions and procedures.
• Willingness to learn new skills and retain information.
• Basic computer skills for logging data and Excel usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly duties on a fast-paced line following standard procedures.
• Differentiate conforming/non-conforming parts by visual and simple inspection.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to build sub-assemblies.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain time management and communicate professionally.
• Identify unsafe situations and help prevent injuries or damage.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
