Job summary

FRALOCK is seeking an Assembler Technician I to assemble aerospace, medical, and semiconductor components from blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality. The role focuses on safe, efficient production and on-time delivery, with electrical testing using an IR/DWV multimeter and strict adherence to safety standards.

This on-site position requires attention to detail, ability to identify quality issues, and cross-training across stations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years aerospace assembly experience preferred.
• Able to read blueprints and perform inspections per specs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components accurately according to blueprint drawings and work instructions.
• Perform visual inspection on incoming product for contamination and defects.
• Report any part, tooling, or equipment issues to supervision promptly.
• Use templates to validate conformance to specifications.
• Perform electrical testing using specified equipment and enter data into ERP system.
• Operate or tend packaging machinery and regulate flow, speed, or temperature as required.
• Cross-train and rotate across multiple workstations to support production needs.
