Job summary

Stahls' Hotronix in Pennsylvania is seeking an Assembly Technician to build heat presses. You will read templates, assemble parts, ensure correct fit, and document production steps in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 0-3 years in manufacturing, basic math, and a workmanship mindset. Electrical background is a plus; safety and quality are emphasized. This is a 1st shift position with 4x10s on Mon-Thu.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Ability to read measurements and use templates.
• Electrical background a plus.
• Strong safety mindset and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Positions parts and subassemblies by reading measurements.
• Assembles components ensuring correct fit and secure fastenings.
• Resolves assembly problems by adjusting dimensions per specs.
• Keeps equipment operational via preventive maintenance.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
• Documents actions on production and quality forms.
• Contributes to team by achieving related results.
• Supports 4x10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday.
