Job summary

Stahls' Hotronix is seeking a dependable assembler to mechanically assemble heat presses. Ideal candidates are team players with basic math and computer skills and a willingness to follow safety procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent required; 0-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Responsibilities include precise assembly, problem-solving, preventive maintenance, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

• Mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Maintain work area clean, safe and orderly

Assembler must be dependable and mechanically inclined to assemble various heat presses. Intermediate computer and math skills. Ability to operate equipment and machines safely and efficiently. Electrical background a plus.
