Aerotek is hiring Assembly Line Workers in Lebanon, TN to assemble, inspect, and test products in the hardware department. You will use hand tools, power tools, and rivet guns to install components on toolbox doors and truck bodies while following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

The role emphasizes reliability, attendance, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a production team in a facility resembling an automotive shop environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry 40+ lbs regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to safely and effectively use tools to install hinges on toolbox doors.
• Ability to safely operate rivet guns to install panels on equipment.

Responsibilities
