You’ll read schematics and drawings, assemble components and systems, and participate in a multi-tier training program designed to advance your skills and pay.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret drawings, packing lists and job instructions.
• Willingness to participate in a structured training program to grow skills and paycheck.

Responsibilities

• Build custom and standard wood crates, boxes, skids, and pallets to specified dimensions.
• Read and interpret drawings, packing lists, and job instructions.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and fasten lumber and plywood using hand and power tools.
• Perform assembly of new products including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Perform QC inspections and function tests on new machine assemblies, rental equipment, and repair of contract equipment identifying hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments or repair, ensuring safe and proper operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations
