Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass safety training.
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on assignments within required time.
• Maintains clean, safe work areas in assigned space.
• Performs tasks following safety specifications and quality requirements.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line.
• Report all production waste/issues to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
