K&M Manufacturing Co. was founded in 1958 and now produces a wide range of tractor components in a large facility in Minnesota. This role focuses on production, assembly, shipping, inventory control and warehouse safety related to assembly products.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Accurately pick orders with alpha-numeric characters.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Assembles product per specifications and ensures quality.
• Operates tools and equipment to aid assembly.
• Pack products efficiently to minimize damage.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack to move products.
• Stage product for assembly or put away.
• Perform cycle counts and coordinate production schedules.
• Maintain equipment upkeep and report issues.
• Communicate important updates to supervisor.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate receivables.
• Attend training as directed.
