Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions in West Chester, OH is hiring for an Assembly Shooter in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves dispensing foam into molds, trimming parts, removing finished pieces, and inspecting for quality. You will also maintain a clean workspace and help train new employees.

The position requires steel-toe footwear, prior warehouse experience, reliability, and punctuality. 1st shift runs Monday–Thursday, 4:00am–2:00pm, with overtime on Fridays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

• Reliable and on time, with good attention to detail.

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Shooters in a manufacturing environment! This position involves dispensing foam into molds, trimming foam products, removing finished parts, and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate foam dispensing equipment and fill molds with foam.
• Trim foam products and remove finished parts for further processing.
• Inspect products for defects and maintain clean molds.
• Record daily production data and report quality issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Assist with training new employees as needed.
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs when necessary.
