Job summary

Mykelly is seeking an Assembler 1 (Shooter) for the 1st shift in West Chester, OH. This temp-to-hire role pays $17.61 per hour, with a start ASAP.

You will produce molded cushions by shooting foam into molds, trim, and prepare for secondary processing. Lift up to 70 pounds unassisted, follow 6S and safety practices, and maintain documentation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, English communication, and an interest in long-term full-time employment.

• Record daily production data and document processes, test results, and quality issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area using 6S principles.
• Communicate with team members and assist with training as needed.
