Job summary

Donaldson is seeking an Assembly Operator in Dixon, IL to assemble components per specifications. This 1st shift role runs Monday–Thursday, 4:00am–2:00pm, with an hourly rate of $19.67.

You will read and follow work instructions, use hand tools and small machinery, and maintain a clean workstation. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, assembly experience, and basic math; preferred are manufacturing experience and familiarity with basic hand tools.

• Good hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities
