Job summary

Donaldson is seeking an Assembly Operator in Dixon, IL for 1st shift (Mon-Thurs, 4:00am–2:00pm). You will assemble parts per specifications, inspect finished products for defects, operate hand tools and small machinery, and keep a clean, organized work area.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, prior assembly experience, ability to read work instructions, good hand-eye coordination, and basic math.
