Job summary

STAHLS’ is seeking a warehouse specialist to support shipping and receiving operations at our Uniontown, PA facility. You will monitor inventory, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate across departments to meet deadlines.

The role emphasizes forklift operation, barcode stock management, and adherence to safety and quality standards. A proactive team player with basic computer skills is encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

Ensures that assigned shipping and/or receiving functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures. Monitor inventory per vendor and/or company standards. Ensures that related documentation is accurate and complete. Ensures that assigned shipping and/or receiving functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures. • Assumes responsibility for the accurate and timely receiving and inventory reporting.
• Flexibility to rotate between departments and jobs on an as-needed basis.

• Assists and supports other coworkers as needed.
• Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant concerns. Identifies problems and provides suggestions.
• Assumes responsibility for ensuring shipping and/or receiving inventory is properly documented in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Execute shipping and receiving functions.
• Ability to operate forklifts.
• Assist with warehouse stock management.

• Assumes responsibility for conduction inventory control audits.
• Assumes responsibility for ensuring that inventory items are accurate in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

• Inspects work upon completion.
• Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

• Ability to obtain a company certification such as for forklift and/or other equipment operation qualification as necessary to perform assigned duties.
• Must be willing to work from ladder or power lift.
