Schneider Electric is seeking talented individuals with a strong work ethic to be part of our manufacturing team in Mt Juliet. This role will train in Smyrna, TN, with the expectation to move to our new Mt Juliet plant in 2024-2025.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation, assembly, and wiring of our product line for testing and quality inspection.

This job might be for you if:

• Experience interpreting blueprints/schematics for electrical components.
• Ability to perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools.
• Adherence to safety rules and quality standards.
• Experience with various tools and equipment including manual/electric/pneumatic tools, forklifts, jib cranes, and measuring devices.

Qualifications:

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Physical Demands:

Regular standing, walking, stooping, lifting up to 40 pounds, and reaching above shoulder level. Assistance may be needed for heavier lifts.
