Job summary

Donaldson is hiring for a General Assembly role located in Frankfort, IN. This on-site 1st shift position runs from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on multiple production lines to assemble air filtration products in a team environment.

The role requires following instructions, adhering to safety procedures, and maintaining accurate records. DOT/HAZMAT compliance and PPE usage are part of daily duties. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leaders to achieve a high efficiency and high-quality air filtration product.
• Inspect work of the previous operators and communicate to them whether the quality is acceptable.
• Complete & record all applicable paperwork (scrap reports, first-piece inspection sheets, etc.).
• Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
• Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

The General Assembly role at our Frankfort, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 1st shift on-site position, with hours from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Hourly Rate: $21.05

Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
