Job summary

Dynomax, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician in Illinois to join a family-owned team that designs and builds high-precision components.

The successful candidate will perform assembly, sealing, and testing of parts, document data, and interpret drawings and specifications with a focus on accuracy and safety. Candidates should possess strong manual dexterity, be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and proficiently use measurement tools, gauges, and various hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High-level of manual dexterity; a functional test will be administered during the interview
• Ability to use measurement tools, gauges and hand-tools
• Ability to use power tools, bench tools and drill press
• Lift and move up to 25 pounds

ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

For 40 years, Dynomax, Inc., a family owned business, has designed, manufactured, and developed high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles. We are looking for a MechanicalAssembly Technician who mustbe detail-oriented, meticulous, accountable, and possess a high-level of manual dexterity.

Assembly Technician Responsibilities

• Mix chemicals
• Uses a computer to sign in and out of jobs and research specifications
• Assemble, seal, and test components
• Document data and measurements
• Utilize measurement tools, gages, functional tools/jigs and hand-tools
• Utilize power tools, bench tools, drill press, etc.
• Read and understand drawings and specifications

Assembly Technician Requirements
