Job summary

Regal Rexnord in West Chester, PA is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our climate-controlled manufacturing facility. You will assemble motor components, follow quality procedures, and contribute to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.

The role reports to the Production Supervisor, is onsite, and offers health, retirement benefits, paid time off, and 401k with employer matching. Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm.

Job description

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

SUMMARY The Assembly Technician will work in various areas in our manufacturing facility, assembling different motor components. In this role, they will focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and is a unionized company. It includes the opportunity to grow and be eligible for health and welfare and retirement benefits. The position is in our climate-controlled building in West Chester, PA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing and assembling motor components with minimal supervision
• Responsible for following quality system procedures as required

Experience Requirements

• Ability to read process instructions and detail drawings
• Basic math skills required
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently but function in a team-based environment

Physical Requirements

• Standing – 8 hours a day
• Lifting - No more than 50 pounds

Shifts Available

1st Shift is Monday to Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm
