Job summary

Frencken America, part of Frencken Group, seeks a dependable Assembly Technician for our Liberty Lake, WA facility. This onsite, full-time role involves assembling components to specifications while maintaining quality and safety in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom. The shift is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various assembly tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with electrostatic discharge and cleanroom protocols.
  • Assemble products within established timeframes and quality standards.
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure accurate insertion and placement of parts.
  • Maintain proper handling and marking of all assemblies and components.
  • Adhere to detailed work instructions and process documentation throughout assembly.

Job description

We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves assembling components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. This is an onsite, full-time position, located in our Liberty Lake, WA facility. Work is performed in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment, requiring adherence to contamination-control procedures. Employees must wear appropriate cleanroom garments (gown, hood, gloves, face mask, and boot covers) and follow established protocols. Shift is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Salary: $20 per hour + great benefits (medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick, 401k match) after waiting period.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Perform various assembly tasks.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS
  • Must be able to sit/stand for up to 10 hours, walk, talk, hear, grasp, reach, lift 30lbs., pull/push 100lbs., carry 30lbs.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Must don and doff Personal Protective Equipment and work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Will be exposed to static magnetic fields and magnetic components.
