Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an assembler to perform bench and line assembly in a manufacturing setting in Virginia. You will read work orders, follow instructions, and ensure quality standards are met.

The role requires basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at multiple stations as needed. The schedule is typically Monday-Thursday 6am-5pm or Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, with pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• No felony history required.
• 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, diagrams, and work orders.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench and line assembly per work instructions and quality standards.
• Assemble components by positioning parts and securing with bolts, clips, screws, adhesives or other fastening methods.
• Operate and tend assembly equipment such as presses and riveting machines.
• Rotate between workstations and tasks based on production needs.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality, accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Support team members and cross-functional departments as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Assemble components by positioning parts in specified relationships and securing them using bolts, clips, screws, adhesives (e.g., Loctite), or other fastening methods
• Operate and tend assembly equipment such as presses and riveting machines
• Rotate between workstations and tasks based on production needs
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and production guidelines
• Support team members and cross-functional departments as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6am-5pm orMonday-Friday 7am-4pm

Pay: $18-$20/hour based on experience
