Job summary

Conax Technologies is seeking an Assembly Teammate to join our Manufacturing team in Buffalo, NY. You will help build high-quality temperature sensors, compression seal fittings, and cable and harness assemblies for a range of industries. A safety-first mindset and adherence to established processes are required.

Two shifts are available, with overtime opportunities. We offer paid time off, year-end holidays, and comprehensive benefits after start date, including dental, disability, life/AD&D

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow established processes.
• Ability to meet ITAR/EAR export controls and access to technical data.

As an Assembly Teammate, you will be part of our Manufacturing team. You will help build high-quality temperature sensors, compression seal fittings, and cable and harness assemblies for a broad range of industries and applications. When working you will be required to have a safety-first mentality as well as be able to consistently follow established processes, quality standards, and delivery requirements. Teammates work in a clean, comfortable environment that promotes positive working relationships, learning, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits:

• $19.55 per hour with regular increases
• $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift after 6 months
• Paid time off with paid holiday break at year end
• Full-time benefits start on the 1st of the month following your start date.
• Company pays full premiums for dental (single and family), short- and long-term disability, and life and AD&D insurance
• 401k with 4% match
• 1st and 2nd shift available! Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM and 3:15PM-11:45PM with overtime available

Successful candidate must be able to meet U.S. export control requirements (ITAR/EAR) to gain access to technical data. This position requires access to technology that is subject to U.S. export control regulations. Candidates must be eligible for employment in the U.S. and meet the requirements of ITAR.
