Job summary

Conax Technologies in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Assembly Teammate to build high‑quality temperature sensors, compression seal fittings, and cable/harness assemblies for aerospace and other industries. You will follow proven processes in a clean, safety‑minded environment to ensure on‑time delivery.

This role begins on the second shift, with training on the first shift for about six months. Training pay starts at $19.55/hour; after transition to second shift, total compensation reaches

Pay and Benefits:

*This is a second shift position that requires training on our first shift for approximately 6 months*

• First shift hours are 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
• Second shift hours are 3:15pm-11:45pm Monday-Friday
• Compensation starts at $19.55 per hour while training on first shift
• Once on second shift, the compensation includes a $1.50 shift differential, bringing total compensation to $21.05
• This position is eligible for regular increases.
• Paid time off with paid holiday breakat year end
• Full-time benefits start on the 1st of the month following your start date.

As an Assembly Teammate, you will be part of our Manufacturing team. You will help build high qualitytemperature sensors, compression seal fittings, and cable and harness assemblies for a broad range of industries and applications. When working you will be required to have a safety-firstmentality as well as be able to consistently follow establishedprocesses, quality standards, and delivery requirements. Qualifications

Requirements:

• Able to meet or exceed expected production rates
• Passion and care for quality
• Must be able to pass a visual acuity (vision) test
• Basic computer literacy
• Basic measurement skills

Desired Skills:

• Soldering and brazing
• Electronic assembly experience
• Previous cable harness assembly for aerospace

Successful candidate must be able to meet U.S. export control requirements (ITAR/EAR) to gain access to technical data.
