FastTrack Staffing in Michigan is seeking an assembler to join a production team on site. You will assemble components and sub-assemblies, following packets, blueprints, and safety rules to build dispenser hardware.

Responsibilities include reading operation descriptions, positioning parts, fastening with bolts or rivets, and documenting rejects. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Benefits include insurance, 401k, and vacation time.

Job Responsibilities

Assembles component and sub-assembly parts into dispenser or component assemblies using fasteners and hand or power tools, partially or completely, working at bench or on shop floor by performing the following duties.

• Positions parts according to the knowledge of the unit being assembled or following blueprints.
• Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
• Handles parts with due care so as not to damage them during assembly.
• Fills out reject tags and makes sure that rejected material is handled properly.

Skills and Requirements

• Education Experience: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• National background check required
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
