Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly: Perform both complex Pand routine assembly tasks in the cleanroom, following established protocols.
  • Peer Support: Act as a resource for team members by sharing best practices and supporting peer training.
  • Workflow Coordination: Assist in prioritizing tasks and escalating issues to help meet production goals.
  • Material Handling: Handle sensitive, high-value materials with care and precision; support others in following proper handling procedures.
  • Quality Checks: Conduct in-process and final inspections; assist in identifying and addressing quality concerns.
  • Equipment Use: Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment; support informal training on proper equipment usage.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete required documentation and help maintain consistent recordkeeping across the team.
  • Protocol Compliance: Model strict adherence to cleanroom procedures, including gowning and contamination control.
  • Reporting: Provide daily updates on progress, challenges, and team status to the Production Manager to maintain alignment with production goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in cleanroom assembly, particularly with high-value materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, gowning procedures, and equipment.
  • Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, organized, and committed to quality and safety.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity for handling small, sensitive components.
  • Comfortable wearing cleanroom attire and working in a controlled environment.
