Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with multiple product changes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Able to stand for an entire shift with overtime when needed.
• Willingness to work additional hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble materials/sub-assemblies according to schedule and quality specs.
• Follow supervisor and engineer instructions.
• Maintain adherence to the Quality System.
• Support operators to keep production moving in the work cell.
• Report production information to supervisors accurately.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Assist in inventory management and stock counts.
