Columbus McKinnon is seeking a lead in the Stands & Drives department in Hartland, WI. The role focuses on improving accuracy, quality, and prioritization of work while upholding 5S standards. You will train new staff and work closely with supervision, engineering, and production to achieve on-time delivery goals.

The position requires supervisory experience, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and a high school diploma. The facility offers a climate-controlled environment and comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the Stands & Drives team to improve efficiency and 5S standards.
• Oversee conveyor assemblies on the product line and coordinate with supervisors.
• Train new employees and identify training needs for team members.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain 5S scheduling daily and weekly for the team.
