Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a hands-on Assembly Supervisor in St. Louis, MO to lead daily production on the plant floor and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will supervise assembly lines, coordinate machine setup and maintenance, review blueprints and schedules, and drive Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.

This role requires 2+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience and CMMS proficiency; strong leadership and coaching are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience with supervision.
• Experience with assembly operations, machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily assembly and production operations to meet quality, delivery, and output goals
• Oversee equipment setup, changeovers, and operator assignments; ensure machines are production-ready.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime and maximize equipment performance.
• Review blueprints, work orders, and schedules to plan production resources and workflows.
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees on safety, equipment operation, and quality standards.
• Lead troubleshooting and implement corrective actions for production and equipment issues.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
