Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. in Conroe, TX, is seeking an Assembly Lead to supervise one or more production teams and ensure on-time completion of manufacturing tasks.

You will assign daily tasks, monitor progress, train associates, and partner with Management to improve processes in production areas. Requirements include minimum two years as a shop lead, English fluency, ability to read drawings, experience in ISO 9001 environments, and UL/NEC code familiarity.

Qualifications

• Two+ years as shop lead or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to read industrial drawings and specifications.
• Experience in ISO 9001 certified environments.
• Two+ years in UL and NEC codes.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and stand/walk four+ hours.
• Must align with company core values.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to produce manufactured products and organize workflow.
• Plan, monitor, and appraise results; coach and discipline employees as needed.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor staff.
• Maintain workflow and optimize processes; control points and equipment.
• Schedule and assign personnel; set priorities and report results.
• Maintain production standards and quality services.
• Coordinate repairs and evaluate new equipment and techniques.
• Compile production data and respond to requests.
