• SAP experience is preferred.

• Sound technical aptitude with stamping, automation, and manufacturing applications.

• Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to meet quality, cost, delivery, and safety goals.
• Monitor equipment functionality and ensure poka yokes operate correctly; report issues immediately.
• Understand exhaust production processes to train operators and leaders.
• Oversee production floor activities while ensuring adherence to procedures and policies.
• Manage staffing and production schedules to meet budgets and timelines.
• Participate in 5S, Quality, Safety, Delivery, Cost, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing activities.
• Promote high morale, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with teams to improve production methods and equipment performance.
