Interstate Batteries is seeking an Assembly/Production Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the work schedules, assignments, and completed battery pack products on the assembly line.
You will oversee line staff, assign tasks, train workers on policies and safety, monitor processes, and maintain production records to ensure schedules and quotas are met. Requires 5+ years in resistance welding, soldering, small parts assembly and technical battery experience.

Supervises staff of Assembly/Production workers Interacts with Merchandising Support, Sales, Warehouse/Receiving, and Manufacturing
Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, and talk and hear Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 20+ lbs.
