Qualifications

• Ability to organize work and communicate expectations clearly.
• Willingness to address performance and quality problems.
• Ability to lead through planning, training, and accountability—not simply by doing all the work personally.

Assembly Supervisor – Equipment Manufacturing

Go Fast Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our equipment assembly department.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for organizing assembly work, directing employees, maintaining quality standards, and keeping equipment builds on schedule. The right candidate will be mechanically skilled but, more importantly, able to lead people, assign work, identify problems early, and hold the department accountable.

Compensation

• $32–$38 per hour, depending on experience
