Senior plc in Burbank, California is seeking a Supervisor for assembly and welding operations. In this role, you will oversee all personnel in your department, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards while fostering an organized, respectful environment.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in aerospace, and experience managing more than 25 employees. The position offers an annual target salary of $85,000 along with a comprehensive compensation package.

Summary: Responsible for all assembly/welding operations. Supervises all personnel within these departments. Instills the culture of visual material flow and standard work. Maintains the required safety stock buffers to ensure 100% OTD.

Supervisors are also expected to maintain an organized, safe work area in accordance with safety standards and quality practices.
Education and/or Experience:
Annual Target Salary: $85,000.00
Monday – Friday, 1st Shift 5:00 am – 3:30 pm
