Job summary

TowMate in Rogers, Arkansas is seeking dependable, hardworking people to join our production team in an assembly/sub-assembly role. This is a clean, hands-on, well-lit, climate-controlled environment, and previous manufacturing experience is not required because we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, components, and sub-assemblies per instructions.
• Follow established assembly procedures and production guidelines.
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Perform basic quality checks during assembly.
• Inspect completed work for quality and fit.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals.
• Learn additional production processes as needed.

Starting Pay: $11.50/hour with opportunity for advancement

TowMate is a family-owned American manufacturer of wireless tow lights, vehicle lighting, and safety products. We are looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our production team in an assembly/sub-assembly position.

This is a clean, hands-on manufacturing position in a well-lit, climate-controlled work environment. It’s a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, pays attention to detail, and wants to learn. Previous manufacturing experience is not required. We will train the right person.

There is room to learn additional skills, take on more responsibility, and advance within the company based on performance, reliability, and ability.

What You'll Do

TowMate – Rogers, Arkansas

• Assemble parts, components, and sub-assemblies used in TowMate products
• Follow established assembly instructions and production procedures
• Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and correctly
• Perform basic quality checks during the assembly process
• Inspect completed work to make sure it looks right and meets our quality standards
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work with other members of the production team to meet daily goals
• Learn additional production processes and responsibilities as needed
